Preparation:
Heat water and the sugar. When it starts boiling, cover the pan and cook for 25 minutes, occassionaly stirring. Remove from heat and add the citric acid. If this has completely cooled of, add 31 small branches of bloomed acacia. Be sure you wash the branches before and employ them completely dry. Strain this mixture after 24 hours and that’s it!
It is actually sweet, if you want you can also add more water. The syrup has strong and pleasant smell and taste! We advise you try it!
