RECIPE: Ginger jam with lemon and honey

 

Ingredients:

  • one middle-sized ginger
  • 3 lemons
  • A cup of honey
  • Preparation:

    Wash the lemon, work in small pieces and grind them or blend them.

    Prepare the ginger and grind it. Mix the lemon and also the ginger and pour honey regarding this. Stir the mix and pour in big jar.

    This jam does not require thermal preparation. You can preserve it for some time, because of the conserving properties from the honey.

    You can also add them in tea, spread it on bread or simply consume one tablespoon per day.

    Be certain this is one of the best natural ways for enhancing your immunity when in winter season.
