We have the ability to goals, how we take them on determines everything about this goal. Our choices determine period of time and whether we succeed or otherwise. My suggestion to this because it relates to fitness is start simple.
How to start simple
Starting simple is having an ultimate goal the ideal or end product (body). It’s also worthwhile having milestone goals on the way to keep you motivated and on task. One such example would be this; let’s say you’re 160 lbs. as well as your ultimate goal is to get down to 125 lbs. Initially this can be a huge undertaking specifically for someone that’s never done something like this before. Let’s face it! the thought of losing 35 lbs. is very daunting. This is where having milestone goals come in to play. What you want to complete is something such as this, for that first 6 weeks you place a weight loss objective of 6-10 lbs. Once you attain the first milestone you place a different one for 5-8 lbs. These numbers are lower because when you get fit or even more conditioned the entire process of slimming down gets to be more challenging. Once you’re in a position to achieve your secondary milestone you keep repeating the procedure until your main goal is reached.
