This is a simple recipe that’s very tasty and works miracles! Bananas, or even more specifically their peel is extremely rich with magnesium and potassium. Magnesium is ideal for protection against sleep deprivation, but when it is coupled with potassium, they assist the muscles relax. Actually, magnesium is one of the best minerals for relaxation. Keep in mind that you would have to use 100% organic banana for the recipe, since the non-organic ones are full with harmful pesticides and you shouldn’t cook their peel.
Ingredients:
A pan full with water
1 organic banana
Cinnamon (by preference)
Put the entire banana, with the peel, in bowling water. Make sure it is cooking for about 10 minutes. Strain it, and season with cinnamon. Drink the tea an hour before you go to bed.
Besides, you don’t have to discard the used banana. Eat it! When combined with the tea, this will just increase the relaxing effect.
