“So long as I recieve results I don’t care”
I’ve heard that in the past from people who are looking to slim down and obtain in better shape. And that i once thought there was nothing wrong with this attitude. It’s almost respectable in ways, right? Wow, that individual is going to do whatever it takes to achieve their goals.
The only problem with it’s that it only is employed by a really small number of the people who say it. The “1percent” as I prefer to give them a call. Other people who says that is probably not going
to stick by using it. No matter what it’s: weight training, spinning, kickboxing, pilates, yoga, eliminating carbs (not recommended by the way), etc.
It so happens for me that strength training is definitely, the best way to burn off fat and increase muscle tone. And I thoroughly enjoy it! My spouse absolutely loves spinning! She gets very upset
if she misses a spinning workout. I don’t like spinning therefore it wouldn’t be something which Used to do long-term.
What are exciting exercises for you?
If you don’t like weight training in a typical, standard gym what about a group weight training workout? Or maybe bodyweight exercises like push ups, squats, lunges, pull-ups, etc.? Anything, be sure you really enjoy it though because staying with a good work out plan that isn’t fun
will probably be very temporary.
