Magnesium is ideal for protection against lack of sleep, however when it is coupled with potassium, they assist the muscles relax. Actually, magnesium is one of the best minerals for relaxation. Remember that you would need to use 100% organic banana for that recipe, since the non-organic ones are full with harmful pesticides and also you shouldn’t cook their peel.
Ingredients:
A pan full with water
1 organic banana
Cinnamon (by preference)
Put the entire banana, with the peel, in bowling water. Makes it cooking for around Ten minutes. Strain it, and season with cinnamon. Drink the tea an hour or so prior to going to bed.
Besides, there is no need to throw away the used banana. Eat it! When combined with tea, this can just boost the relaxing effect.
