are a ton of weird diets available, but here’s one we’ve never seen before (although apparently it’s not totally new): Forking. The key is to eat only foods that may be eaten and eager having a fork. You’re allowed to eat what you want throughout the day (within reason), but when you are looking at dinner, it’s forks completely. Want some onion inside your spaghetti? Bad. What about mustard on your sandwich? Out of luck. The concept is you don’t exclude any foods, and you satisfy your hunger at breakfast and lunch, so you don’t feel deprived. There are, however, two quantity of a diet: “Strict includes fork-only for that preparation of food, whereas Gentle enables you to use a knife to organize your food but only your fork to eat it.” The same is true which means that you can have a hefty steak if you work up into little pieces prior to it going on the plate? We think the only way you’d stay sane on this clearly bogus regime would be to have a very sharp spork.
