In people’s medicine, celery is most commonly employed for cleansing your body (especially the blood), strengthening the nerves and as a medicine for bladder issues, since it initiates urine production. Celery also cleans the liver, it decreases the blood sugar and pressure.
It contains hardly any calories which makes it useful during dieting. It is best if you consume it raw, and isn’t recommended for individuals with kidney issues and women that are pregnant,

- Allergies
Get 2 teaspoons of chopped celery root and cover it having a glass of cold water. Let it rest for two hours. Drink 1/3 of the cup per day, 15 to 20 minutes before a meal.

Get a teaspoon of celery seeds and pour a mug of water over it, adding honey as you prefer. Stir and drink 2 spoons, 3 times each day, half an hour before you decide to eat.
- Celery tea against rheumatism
Get a half liter water, boil it, and add 0,7 oz. of celery leaves, cover it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow it to cool. Strain it and drink throughout the day. For rheumatism treatment it is recommended you drink 4 cups of tea a day for 4-6 weeks.

As you can see in the in the above list, you need to use celery whenever possible in everyday food because it is good for the: kidneys, stomach, intestines, muscles, arteries and the defense mechanisms. The celery understandably can’t be the basic fix for management of diseases, however it could be pretty beneficial in protection against diseases so that as an additive in the regular therapy.
